The Bills are coming off a season-opening 31-10 win over the defending Super Bowl champion Los Angeles Rams.

The Titans lost to the New York Giants, 21-20, on Sunday.

Darryl Slater, Giants beat reporter: The Titans were a mess in Week 1 against the Giants. Way too many mistakes to beat a talented team like the Bills on the road in prime time. Buffalo should have no problem in this game.

PICK: Bills 45, Titans 21.

Bob Brookover, Giants beat reporter: The Titans have not started 0-2 since the 2012 season, but, given the way they played against the Giants, that destination seems inevitable if Josh Allen and the Bills duplicate their brilliant opening-day performance in Los Angeles against the Rams.

PICK: Bills 31, Titans 17.

Andy Vasquez, Jets beat reporter: Tennessee will clean up the mistakes it made against the Giants. But it’s not going to matter all that much because the Bills are a buzzsaw. This time, Buffalo will take command early on the way to a convincing win.

PICK: Bills 35, Titans 21.

Chris Franklin, Eagles beat reporter: The Bills looked like a team poised to be the AFC representative in the Super Bowl with Josh Allen at the helm. The Titans and Ryan Tannehill will still be looking for their first win of the season as the Bills easily get the victory.

PICK: Bills 31, Titans 16.

Les Bowen, Eagles columnist: A missed field goal at the end of the game cost the Titans their opener against the Giants. Now they have to go play what might be the best team in the league. Don’t much like their chances.

PICKS: Bills 34, Titans 17.
