Bernards edges out Belvidere – Girls soccer recap

Andee Costabile scored had an assist to go along with two goals as Bernards defeated Belvidere 6-5 in Bernardsville.

In what turned out to be a high scoring game, Belvidere held a 3-2 lead at the half, but Bernards (4-0) would storm back in the second, outscoring Belvidere 4-2 to get the win.

Payton Zaun also had two goals with Sydney Incarnato tallying a goal and an assist. Shannon Dill had a goal as well with Bailey Olson posting an assist. Ella Damratoski had eight saves in goal, including two penalty kicks.

Sierra Crisafulli and Bella Peluso had two goals and an assist each for Belvidere (2-1) with Kylie Crisafulli adding a goal and Allie Tiedemann tallying an assist.
